I think customer service at Mill-Max is
paramount. It goes hand-in-hand with our product. We have a high quality product and
we believe our customer service should be the same way. When a customer contacts
us for a quotation on a custom part, we can usually return that quote within 24
hours on a standard product, and if it’s a more custom application, within a week.
We get a lot of good feedback from customers and distributors. I think our
customers are sometimes almost overwhelmed by how much support we will
give them on a given product, especially for a custom product. We have quite an
incredible automated system. We have distributors who can go online and
access pricing and delivery, check their orders, and do just about everything, even
order online if they choose to. They love it. They love how they can pull up the data
sheet and send it to their customers right away, and get in order for their
company as well. They like the search functions, the cross reference
functions. They enjoy very much being able to request samples on our website
and even quotes from our website. We are told that there is no one out there like
Mill-Max. No one handles their accounts like Mill-Max does. Customer service is
giving the customer anything and everything that they need.
