What I do is to help our customers and clients gain skills and achieve employment and support them once they are employed to continue to grow and move forward. Our job as an employment specialist is always to be looking for new tasks One, so the individual doesn’t get bored in their routine. Two, to show the employer that this person can offer more. It’s important for the people we support to be independent because this is their job and this is their life. We’re just here to support them with it. The more that they can do on their own.
